Where do I pick up my vehicle?
A su llegada al aeropuerto le estaremos esperando en el “punto de encuentro de llegadas” ( meeting point ), situado en la terminal de llegadas del aeropuerto con un cartel / tablet rojo y el logotipo de nuestra compañía.

Seguros
Las coberturas del Seguro Obligatorio del automóvil y de responsabilidad civil para garantizar los daños y perjuicios frente a terceros siempre están incluidos en el alquiler sin coste adicional.
Adicional al seguro obligatorio, la mayoría de nuestros vehículos incluyen en las tarifas el “seguro a todo riesgo, cobertura completa del vehículo sin franquicia“,
por lo que no tendrán que dejar deposito.
Para las categorías Convertibles, que incluyen una pequeña franquicia,
podrán contratar el seguro adicional “Franquicia 0.-“ con el que elimina la franquicia y evitan tener que dejar un depósito por la cantidad de dicha franquicia.
Las categorías 7 plazas, 9 Plazas y Premium incluyen una franquicia que es la cantidad máxima que te tendrían que agar caso de accidente. Para estas categorías tendrán que dejar un depósito por la cantidad de dicha franquicia.
El seguro no cubre los siguientes puntos:
Daños en los bajos y daños en el embrague.
Daños causados a terceros por negligencias o conducción temeraria.
Daños causados al vehículo por negligencias.
Repostaje de combustible equivocado.
Pérdida o rotura de llaves o mandos a distancia.
Robo del vehículo con las llaves en el contacto.
Conducir bajo los efectos del alcohol u otras sustancias estupefacientes.
La asistencia en carretera siempre está incluida en nuestras tarifas.
We do not do business with gasoline
El vehículo se entregará con el depósito lleno o parcialmente lleno y lo deberá devolver con el mismo nivel de combustible.
Si no lo devuelve con la misma cantidad aproximada, se le cobrará la gasolina usada más 20€ de gastos de repostaje.
En el caso de pagar en efectivo, SI SE DEVERA abonar la gasolina que haya en el depósito y devolver lo más vacío posible.
Groups and models
You can reserve a Vehicle Group, not a specific model. We will try to deliver the vehicle requested in the reservation. If you do not have the required vehicle, another of a similar category or higher will be delivered to you at no additional cost.
Collection and return hours
The collection and return service within the Airport is free during our business hours. Outside of these hours a small supplement is applied, which we inform you of before confirming your reservation.
Driver's licenses, experience and minimum age.
The driver must be in possession of a valid driver’s license for the vehicle being leased. In order to make a rental it is necessary to be over 21 years of age and have a minimum of two years of experience.
Payment methods
Payment of the rental amount is made at the time of delivery of the vehicle. It is possible to do the same with credit card or cash. For cash payment there are special conditions.

For the Economic, Compact, Family, SUV, and Automatic categories:
- When picking up the vehicle you must pay the fuel deposit and return it empty (full / empty).
For Cabrio categories.

For the categories 7 seats, 9 seats and Premium:

General conditions and privacy policy

Likewise, “carspainonline.com” may restrict in the case of specific offers, the number of days that said offers are available or the category or model of vehicle or the place or delegation where it is offered. Reservations that have fraudulent purposes or involve unfair competition for “carspainonline.com” are completely prohibited and may be canceled by “carspainonline.com”
5.- For the purposes of the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, “carspainonline.com”. informs the user of the existence of an automated file of personal data for which “carspainonline.com” is responsible. It also informs about the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by contacting “carspainonline.com”

The User authorizes “carspainonline.com” to automatically process the personal data identified in the different forms on the Web, which it will use to keep you informed of the advantages and commercial proposals that “carspainonline.com” offers. may offer you in the future, and, where appropriate, for the purpose of maintaining and managing the relationship with the Client.
