Where to pick up my vehicle
Upon your arrival at the airport, we will be waiting for you at the “arrival meeting point,” located in the airport’s arrival terminal with a red sign/tablet and our company logo.
For any incident, you can reach us on our service telephone or also through Whatsapp.
Insurances
The coverages of the Obligatory Insurance of the vehicle and of civil responsibility to cover the damages against third parts are always included in the rental without additional cost.
Additional to the obligatory insurance, the majority of our vehicles include in the tariffs the “all risk insurance, complete coverage of the vehicle without excess”,
so they don’t have to leave a deposit.
For the Convertible categories, which include a small excess,
will be able to take the additional insurance ” Excess 0.-” with which they eliminate the excess and save having to leave a deposit for the amount of this excess.
The 7-seater, 9-seater and Premium categories, they include an excess which is the maximum amount you would have to pay in the case of an accident. For these categories you will have to leave a deposit for the amount of this excess.
The insurance does not cover the following points:
Damage to the underside and damage to the coupling.
Damage caused to third parts due to negligence or reckless driving.
Damage caused to the vehicle by negligence.
Wrong fuel refuelling.
Loss or breakage of keys or remote controls.
Vehicle theft with keys in contact.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or other narcotic substances.
The assistance on the road is always included in our tariffs.
Caspainonline.com does not do business with petrol
The vehicle will be delivered with a full or partially full tank and must be returned with the same level of fuel.
If you do not return it in the same approximate quantity, you will be charged for used petrol plus 20€ of refuelling costs.
In the case of paying in cash, IF IT IS NECESSARY to pay for the petrol in the tank and return it as empty as possible.
Groups and models
You can book a Vehicle Group, not a specific model. We will try to deliver the requested vehicle to you at the reservation. In case of not having the required vehicle, another one of similar or higher category will be delivered at no additional cost.
Pick up and return times
The pick up and drop off service at the airport is free of charge during our business hours. Outside these hours we apply a small supplement which we inform you about before confirming your reservation.
Driver’s licenses, experience and minimum age
The driver must be in possession of a valid driver’s license for the vehicle being rented. In order to be able to make a rental you must be over 21 years old and have a minimum of two years of experience.
Methods of payment
Payment of the rental amount is made at the time of delivery of the vehicle. It is possible to do this by credit card or in cash. For payment in cash there are special conditions.

By accessing the service “carspainonline.com”. By accessing the service “carspainonline.com”, the user accepts the following conditions, in the event that he/she does not agree with them, we urge him/her not to make use of the service offered on this website.
The purpose of the “carspainonline.com” service is to inform and provide access in good faith to the car rental services offered, providing the possibility of booking them. This is a service aimed solely and exclusively at retail customers (consumers and users).
2.- The products and services that “carspainonline.com” may provide to the User shall require, to the extent necessary, prior acceptance by the User of the General Conditions of Service that are on screen, these being subject to the specific conditions of the service requested.
3.- The scope of provision of the car hire service is limited to the island of Mallorca.
4.- “carspainonline.com” reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service of “carspainonline.com” without prior notice. Likewise, “carspainonline.com” may restrict in the case of specific offers, the number of days that such offers are available or the category or model of vehicle or the place or delegation where the same is offered. Reservations that have fraudulent purposes or represent unfair competition for “carspainonline.com” are completely prohibited and may be cancelled by “carspainonline.com”.
For the purposes of the provisions of Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, “carspainonline.com” informs the user of the existence of an automated personal data file for which “carspainonline.com” is responsible. It also informs the user of the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by contacting “carspainonline.com”.

The User authorises “carspainonline.com” to automatically process the personal data identified in the various forms on the Website, which it will use to keep him/her informed of the advantages and commercial proposals that “carspainonline.com” may offer him/her in the future, and, where appropriate, for the purpose of maintaining and managing the relationship with the Customer. On the other hand, the user does not authorise “carspainonline.com”. to transfer the aforementioned data to third party companies.
6.- The legislation applicable to the content reflected within the Web Pages of “carspainonline.com”. will be the Spanish one submitting in turn to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals in Spain.
