No problem, we do this every day. As this is outside our business hours (08:00 to 20:00), the handover takes place without us being present and payment is made by bank transfer once we’ve confirmed your booking. We’ll explain everything to you before you book.
What if my flight is delayed?+
We track your flight using the flight number you give us when booking and wait for you, at no extra cost.
What do I need to bring to collect the car?+
A valid driving licence, proof of identity and your booking confirmation. You must be at least 20 years old and have held your licence for at least one year; there is no young driver surcharge.
How do I pay?+
When you collect the car, you can pay by credit card, debit card or in cash. We do not require any payment in advance, unless collection is outside our business hours, which are from 08:00 to 20:00.
Can I cancel my booking?+
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before collection.
