How to collect your car at Palma Airport, step by step
No counters, no shuttle buses and no queues. Here’s everything that happens from the moment you land until you drive off.
We’ll be waiting for you at the terminal exit, in front of the café directly opposite, below the car park. You’ll recognise us by the red sign with our logo or by our ID badge. Show us your driving licence, your ID and your booking confirmation, sign, pay and drive off. We hand the car over to you in person.
Step by step
You land and collect your luggage. You don’t need to let us know anything: we have your flight number and we’ll keep an eye on it.
You leave the terminal and cross over. Leave the terminal, cross the road and walk about 140 metres – a two-minute walk. The café is located beneath the car park, opposite the terminal. It’s all on foot: no buses or transfers to faraway locations.
You find us. We carry a red sign with our logo. You can also recognise us by our ID badge.
Documents and payment. You’ll need a valid driving licence, your national ID card or passport, and your booking confirmation. It only takes a few minutes: we’ll have your contract ready and all that’s needed is your signature. Payment is made at that time, by credit card, debit card or in cash. We don’t ask for anything in advance, unless collection is outside our business hours, which are from 08:00 to 20:00.
We hand over the car and you drive off. No deposit, no hold on your card and comprehensive cover already included.
Return
You return the car to the car park located just above the café, at the airport itself. When we hand over the car, we’ll explain in detail how to do this, and we’ll also provide you with written instructions.

What if my flight is delayed?+
We track your flight using the flight number you give us when booking and wait for you, at no cost.
Do I need to take a bus or a shuttle?+
No. You’ll find us on foot, right at the airport, as soon as you leave the terminal.
What if I can’t find you?+
Send us a message on WhatsApp at +34 622 014 728 and we’ll tell you exactly where we are.
What if my flight arrives outside the hours of 08:00 to 20:00?+
No problem, we do this every day. As this is outside our business hours (08:00 to 20:00), the handover takes place without us being present and payment is made by bank transfer once we’ve confirmed your booking. We’ll explain everything to you before you book.
What do I need to bring to collect the car?+
A valid driving licence, proof of identity and your booking confirmation. You must be at least 20 years old and have held your licence for at least one year; there is no young driver surcharge.
