How to pick up your car at Palma Airport, step by step
No counters, no shuttles and no queues. This is everything that happens from the moment you land until you drive away.
We wait for you outside the terminal, in front of the cafe that sits below the car park. You will spot us by the red sign with our logo or by the ID badge we wear around our neck. You show your driving licence, your ID and your booking, you sign, you pay and you drive away. There is no counter and no office: we hand you the car in person.
Step by step
You land and collect your luggage. There is nothing you need to tell us: we know your flight number and we track it.
You leave the terminal and cross over. You leave the terminal, cross over and walk about 140 metres, two minutes. The cafe sits below the car park, opposite the terminal. All on foot: no buses and no transfers to distant offices.
You find us. We carry a red sign with our logo, or an ID badge with the logo around our neck.
Paperwork and payment. You need your valid driving licence, your ID or passport and your booking. It only takes a few minutes: your contract is already filled in and all it needs is your signature. You pay right there, in cash or by card. We ask for nothing in advance.
We hand you the car and you drive away. No deposit, no blocked amount on your card and full cover already included.
The return
You return the car in the car park right above the cafe, at the same airport. When we hand you the car we explain exactly how to do it, and we give it to you in writing too.

What if my flight is delayed?+
We track your flight with the number you give us when booking and we wait for you, at no extra cost.
Do I have to take a bus or a transfer?+
No. You find us on foot, at the airport itself, as soon as you leave the terminal.

What if my flight arrives outside the 08:00 to 20:00 window?+
We email you a very simple pick-up procedure, which you confirm before booking.
What do I bring to pick up the car?+
Your valid driving licence, an ID document and your booking. From 20 years old, with at least one year's driving licence, and no young driver surcharge.
