Where do I collect the car at Palma Airport?+
At Palma Airport. We wait for you as you leave the terminal, in front of the Oasis Bar & Coffee, holding a red sign.
What do I need to collect the car?+
A valid driving licence, proof of identity and the booking. You must be 20 or over and have held the licence for 2 years.
How can I pay?+
When you collect the vehicle, you can pay by credit card, Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit, or in cash.
Can I pay the full hire price in cash?+
Yes. You can pay the full hire price in cash when you collect the car in Mallorca.
Do I need a card?+
No. You do not need a credit or debit card at any stage, either to book or to collect the car.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?+
No. We do not require a security deposit, and we do not block any amount on any card.
Does the insurance have an excess?+
No. The price includes comprehensive cover with no excess.
Are there any hidden costs?+
No. The price you see when selecting dates is the final price.
How does the fuel work?+
It is returned with the same amount of fuel it was handed over with. If you pay in cash it works differently: you pay separately for the fuel in the tank and return it empty.
Can I cancel my booking?+
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before collection.
What happens if my flight is delayed?+
We track your flight with the number you give us when booking and wait for you, at no cost.
Which languages do you speak?+
We speak Spanish, English, German, French, Italian and Polish.
Is there a charge for a second driver?+
No, it is free. They just need to show their licence when you collect the car.
