Frequently asked questions

Here you have direct answers to the most common questions about our car hire in Mallorca: pick-up at Palma Airport, payment on collection (cash accepted), full coverage with no excess and free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up.

Where do I collect the car at Palma Airport?+

Collection and return take place at Palma de Mallorca Airport. On arrival, we’ll be waiting for you in front of the Oasis Bar & Coffee, just below the car park, holding a red sign with the company logo.

What do I need to collect the car?+

A valid driving licence, proof of identity and your booking confirmation. You must have held your licence for at least two years. The minimum age requirement depends on the vehicle and is stated in its details.

How can I pay?+

When you collect the vehicle, you can pay by credit card, Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit, or in cash.

Can I pay the full hire price in cash?+

Yes. You can pay the full hire price in cash when you collect the car in Mallorca.

Do I need a card?+

No. You do not need a credit or debit card at any stage, either to book or to collect the car.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?+

No. We do not require a security deposit, and we do not block any amount on any card.

Does the insurance have an excess?+

No. The price includes comprehensive cover with no excess.

Are there any hidden costs?+

No. The price you see when selecting dates is the final price.

How does the fuel work?+

The car is handed over with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with roughly the same amount. If you pay everything in cash, it works differently: when you collect the car you pay separately for the fuel in the tank and return the car with the tank empty.

Can I cancel my booking?+

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before collection.

What happens if my flight is delayed?+

We track your flight using the flight number you provide when booking and wait for you on arrival, at no extra cost.

Which languages do you speak?+

We speak Spanish, English, German, French, Italian and Polish.
