Where do I collect the car at Palma de Mallorca Airport?+
At Palma de Mallorca Airport. We’ll be waiting for you in front of the café below the car park, about 140 metres from the terminal exit, holding a red sign. You can also recognise us by our ID badge.
What do I need to collect the car?+
A valid driving licence, proof of identity and the booking confirmation. You must be at least 20 years old and have held your licence for at least one year; there is no young driver surcharge.
How can I pay?+
When collecting the vehicle, payment can be made by credit card, Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit, or in cash.
Can I pay for the entire hire in cash?+
Yes. You can pay the full hire charge in cash when you collect the car in Mallorca.
Do I need any card?+
No. You don’t need a credit or debit card at any stage, either to book or to collect the car.
Do I need to pay a deposit?+
No. We do not ask for a deposit, and we do not block any amount on any card.
Does the insurance have an excess?+
No. The price includes comprehensive cover with no excess.
Are there any hidden costs?+
No. The price you see when selecting dates is the final price.
How does the fuel work?+
The car must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when it was collected. If you pay in cash, it works differently: you pay separately for the fuel in the tank and return the car empty.
Can I cancel my booking?+
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before collection.
What happens if my flight is delayed?+
We track your flight using the flight number you give us when booking and wait for you, at no cost.
Which languages do you offer support in?+
We provide service in Spanish, English, German, French, Italian and Polish.
Is there a charge for a second driver?+
No, it’s free. They just need to show their driving licence when you collect the car.
Can I hire a car for just one or two days?+
Yes. For one- or two-day hire, the price per day is higher, because the logistics of drop-off and collection are the same as for a long-term hire. You’ll see the total price when you enter your dates.
