Pickup and return take place at Palma de Mallorca Airport. On your arrival, we will be waiting for you in front of the Oasis Bar & Coffee café, just below the car park, with a red sign and the company logo. For any issue, you can contact us preferably by WhatsApp, or by phone.
The compulsory motor insurance and third-party liability are always included, at no additional cost. Most of our vehicles also include fully comprehensive insurance with no excess, so no deposit is required.
Should the chosen vehicle have any kind of excess, it will be clearly stated on its details page before you complete the booking.
Roadside assistance is always included.
The insurance does not cover:
- Damage to the underbody and the clutch.
- Damage to third parties or to the vehicle caused by negligence or reckless driving.
- Filling up with the wrong fuel.
- Loss or breakage of keys or remote controls.
- Theft of the vehicle with the keys in the ignition.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
The vehicle is supplied with a full or partially full tank and must be returned at the same level. If it is not returned with approximately the same amount, the fuel consumed will be charged plus a €20 refuelling fee.
You book a vehicle group, not a specific model. We will try to provide the requested vehicle; if it is not available, you will be given another of a similar or higher category at no additional cost.
Within business hours (08:00–20:00)
Pickup and return at the airport are free of charge and take place in our presence.
Return during night-time hours
This may involve a small surcharge, which is always indicated before you confirm the booking.
Pickup outside business hours
This takes place without our presence. We will email you the pickup and return information, which is very simple, so that you can confirm your agreement before finalising the booking.
The driver must hold a valid, current driving licence. The minimum driver age varies depending on the vehicle and is indicated on each car's details page. A minimum of two years' experience is required.
Payment is made at the time the vehicle is handed over, by credit card, Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit, or in cash. Cash payment is subject to the limits set out in Spanish regulations:
- Customers with tax residence in Spain: up to €999.
- Foreign customers not resident in Spain: up to €10,000.
Use of this service implies acceptance of these conditions. The rental service is limited to the island of Mallorca and intended for consumers and end users. carspainonline.com reserves the right to cancel bookings made for fraudulent purposes. These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
