Arriving at night? Your car will be waiting for you at the airport.
Outside our business hours, from 08:00 to 20:00, the service is exactly the same. The only differences are the payment method and the fact that collection takes place without us being present.

Why do you have to pay by bank transfer at night?
At night, there is no one on site. There is no card machine and no one to collect payment.
You’re not on your own
The collection process is very straightforward and everything is clearly explained. In the event of a genuine problem, we have a helpline available.
If, after confirmation, you don’t agree, you can cancel without any problem.
Airport car park: the cost of collecting your car ranges from €10 to €30, depending on your arrival time. We always try to park as late as possible to keep the cost down. This amount is paid directly to the car park.

What if my flight is delayed?
It’s no problem. Your booking remains the same; at most, you’ll pay a little extra for the car park.
Can I pay in cash if I arrive at night?
Not at night, as there’s no one there to take payment. If your flight arrives between 08:00 and 20:00, then yes.
Is there a fee for the bank transfer?
Please make the bank transfer in euros and, if your bank offers this option, select a SEPA bank transfer. Any bank charges will be at your own expense.
